3 cups chopped, unpeeled apples
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup raisins
2/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped (optional)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yogurt
Sprinkle lemon juice over apples to keep them from browning.
Combine apples, celery, walnuts (if using), and raisins together. Mix together mayonnaise and yogurt; toss into other ingredients.
