6 oz cream cheese
2 1/2 Tbsp sour cream
1/4 c diced bell pepper
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 Tbsp chopped olives, drained
2 flour tortillas
12 oz pkg turkey breast deli meat
Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl; mix until creamy and smooth.
Add bell pepper, green onion, and olives; mix well.
Divide cheese mixture and spread over tortillas.
Divide turkey and place on tortillas.
Roll each tortilla jelly-roll fashion; wrap and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, cut tortilla rolls into 1″ pieces and secure with toothpicks.
