I have three round steaks and lots of onions, garlic, tomatoes, and green bell peppers that I am working with today and it seems to me there is a swiss steak or something in there!!!!! And I need to do it in a pan (skillet). I am doing tomatoes and salsa today, and supper is getting nearer than I thought. I think i used to do swiss steak or pepper steak this way, not sure though and it has been awhile. I have been using the crock pot for those. Any help or suggestions would be GREAT!!!!!
