1-2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (8oz) bottle Russian dressing
1 (12 oz) jar Apricot preserves
Arrange chicken in slow cooker. Combine salad dressing and preserves; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Serve over a bed of prepared rice.
