Servings: 2 to 3Prep Time: 5 to 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
1/4 cup rice
1/4 cup spaghetti noodles, broken into 1/4 inch pieces or vermicelli
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp.minced onion
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
pepper to taste
1 cup water
Melt butter in pan and stir in rice and noodles. Cook, stirring occasionally until rice and noodles are browned. Add water, onions, parsley, turmeric, and pepper.
Bring to a boil. cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
