Ingredients

Microwavable/Oven Safe Mug (must hold at least 1 1/2 cups)

2 1/2 T. flour, divided

3 T. sugar

1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice, divided

4 T. Old Fashioned Oats

2 1/2 T. brown sugar

Optional: Raisins

2 Clear Baggies

Directions

Baggie #1

In small bowl, combine sugar, 1 T. flour and 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice, raisins. Mix well and place into your small baggie. Mark this Baggie as “#1?.

Baggie #2

In other small baggie place oats, brown sugar, remaining flour & remaining Pumpkin Pie Spice. Shake baggie to mix ingredients. Mark this Baggie as “#2?. Place both baggies now inside the Mug.

Attach a nice gift tag to the mug handle or tuck a small card inside your mug with directions below on how to prepare the Pumpkin Spiced Apple Crisp.

Pumpkin Spiced Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

1 small apple

3 1/2 T. butter

Apple Crisp Mix (in baggies)

Directions:

Peel, core, and chop apple into pieces. Lightly grease inside of Mug with 1/2 T. butter. Melt remaining butter in microwave. In small bowl place contents of baggie #1, add apple pieces and toss until evenly coated. Place mixture into Mug. In separate bowl, place contents of baggie #2, pour melted butter over mixture and stir well. Crumble Oats mixture over Apple Mixture inside Mug. Bake in Microwave for 3-4 minutes, checking after 3 minutes and then every 30 seconds thereafter (Microwave watts vary). Let Cool slightly. Pour onto small plate or just eat right from the mug. This also tastes wonderful with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream on top or a little milk added to it!!! Enjoy!

OPTIONAL OVEN RECIPE: Complete all steps above except bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes!
