Servings: 6-8Prep Time: just to chop vegetables and mix jello
1 small package lime Jell-O
1 small package lemon Jell-O
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 cups hot water
2 cups cold water
chopped vegetables of your choice (shredded lettuce, sliced green olives, sliced black olives, diced red & green peppers are just some of the vegetables I’ve used)
Mix Jell-Os in a bowl. Add hot water, cold water, and cider vinegar. Let it set for a while in fridge till some what set. Add vegetables of your choice.
Put in a mold or a clear glass bowl.
