Make your favorite ground beef taco filling ahead (put in food processor after cooking and cooling to make it a finer texture). Put in a zip top baggie and freeze or refrigerate. To serve, clip the corner off of the bag and pipe a bit of meat mix in each Scoop. Top with grated cheese of your choice and bake until the cheese melts a bit.
Garnish if desired with your favorite toppings.
