2 lb. Ground Beef
1 (14 1/2 oz) can Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp. Oil
1 small (egg sized) onion, diced very finely
Crumble ground beef and cook on high heat in oil until pink is gone; drain off excess oil.
Add onion and broth and simmer on lowest possible heat setting until broth is absorbed into meat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
