Mix key lime juice with sweetened condensed milk till tart but still a little sweet and then layer it thickly on plain graham crackers.
Stack layers about six or more layers high.
Cover and refrigerate.
The milk soaks into the crackers and allows it to be cut easily and it looks like a torte.
Cut with a thin blade knife or spatula to serve.
