5-6 lb pork butt
1-1/2 Tablespoon sea or Hawaiian salt
1 to 1-1/2 Tablespoon liquid smoke
1/2 cup or so water (or other liquid)
Score/pierce meat, rub with salt and smoke, and pour liquid around. Cook in crockpot for 10-14 hrs on low, turning once. Shred/pull apart with two forks; add drippings for moisture if needed.
Serve with your favorite bbq sauce on pulled pork sandwiches, over rice, etc.
