Servings: about 30 truffles
1 large pkg of Oreo cookies (less 4)
1 – 8 oz pkg cream cheese
white chocolate (melted)
Crush Oreos and blend with soft cream cheese. You can use mixer with dough hook. Roll in small balls and dip in white chocolate. Refrigerate until served.
