Servings: variesPrep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 8-10 hours
1 pork butt
16-ounce bottle barbeque sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons minced onions
Place meat in the crock pot with just enough water to cover the surface of the pot. Add all remaining ingredients–just load on over the pork butt. Cook on Low all day, or until it’s so tender it falls apart easily. Shred in juices, and serve on buns for sandwiches.

I absouetly love this recipe, I have given it so many of my friends and it it always served at every nearly gathering we go to no matter what time of the year and everyone love it.
I try to buy pork butts when they are on sale and keep a couple in the freezer.
So easy and always delicious.
I have given crock pots as gifts and always include this recipe with the gift.

This is one of my favorite crock pot recipes. I have used this recipe countless times since Suzanne first mentioned it in one of her posts. It is always a hit and I am always asked for the recipe. I usally run off a few copies when I take the bbq to any sort of gathering. I make it just for the two of us as well, it freezes so nicely and always handy for a quick meal.
