In an 9×9 pan, melt butter. Mix in graham cracker crumbs. Press out flat and even into the corners. Layer the chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut. Top with sweetened condensed milk. Put into 375-degree oven until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly, slice and enjoy.
