1 lb. Ham, sliced thin (not shaved)
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
Pickle spears or green onions
If using pickles, put them in a paper-towel lined colander to drain well. If using green onions, trim so they are just a little longer than the short side of the ham slice.
Lay ham slices out on counter.
Stir cream cheese up so it’s easy to work and spread approximately 1/2 Tbsp on each slice of ham.
Place pickle or onion on the short side and roll-up!
