Servings: 10-12Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: one hour
1 lb. of hot dogs (can use cocktail wieners but cheaper to go with regular hot dogs), cut into 1-inch sections
3/4 cups bourbon
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp diced onion
Place all ingredients into a pot. Simmer for one hour.
These are best prepared the day before to let the flavors mingle, then heat on low to serve.
