Crock Pot Steak

Quarter steak and place in the bottom of the crock pot.
Slice onion and place on top of the steak.
Pour soup on top and do not stir.
Turn crock pot on low and go about your business. Low — all day; High — 1/2 day.
Make some mash potatoes and a salad. This is awesome as it makes its own gravy.
