1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
Mix cocoa and sugar in medium saucepan. Add water, turn heat on to medium/high. Add vanilla and salt, stir constantly until it comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium, keep stirring for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool, then pour it into container of your choice. I use pint-size cream bottles.
This will keep indefinitely in the fridge!
