In sauce pan, melt 1 stick butter/margarine, add 1/2 C.milk, 2 C.sugar, and 1/2 C.cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add 1/2 C. peanut butter, mix quickly, add 2 C. quick cooking oats. Stir well and quickly, drop by Tbsp. onto wax paper.
