1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 cup soft butter
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 cups of sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cans of cherry pie filling
Heat oven 350. Beat dry cake mix, butter and 1 egg in a large bowl at low speed until crumbly. Press in ungreased 13×9 pan.
Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla, until smooth and fluffy, spread over cake mixture. Bake until set. 25-30 minutes.
Mix sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp vanilla until smooth. Spread over cheesecake when its cool.
Spread 2 cans Cherry Pie Filling over sour cream mixture. Refrigerate until cold.
