Wrap bacon slices around wieners, secure with a toothpick. Arrange one layer of wrapped wieners in the bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Repeat layers ending with brown sugar. Cover and cook on low setting for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
